Nicole Hilton, Social Worker

At Kindred Heart, you are welcome just as you are.

My approach is collaborative and non-pathologizing. I encourage the practice of radical self-compassion and acceptance, and a commitment to learning what works and what doesn’t work for you.

Sessions are an identity-inclusive space. I have many years of experience working with individuals navigating ableism, sanism, racism, heterosexism, and classism– you will be heard, respected, and supported in sharing any discrimination related experiences you have had.

Though life experiences can make us feel stuck, there are many ways to move forward and find purpose. Together we can explore your options and find ways to let go of the things you feel no longer serve you.
