As an MFT Trainee at Kindred Heart Therapy Group, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families in navigating life's challenges through a collaborative and client-centered approach. My goal is to create a safe space where individuals can explore their experiences and develop coping mechanisms to foster positive change. I focus on empowering clients by identifying strengths, setting achievable goals, and developing practical coping skills. Whether supporting adolescents, young adults, or families, my approach is direct, compassionate, and results oriented. I am committed to fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can build the confidence and tools needed for lasting change. With a background in juvenile justice and residential treatment, I understand the complexities of behavioral challenges, trauma, and resilience. I bring a unique perspective to therapy, integrating Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends traveling, camping and hiking.
